Coffee brings it all together
Coffee connects people, plants ideas and multiplies stories. We are a social-impact venture, and part of the value of every coffee sold goes to Coletivo Igualdade Menstrual. We also hold talks and entrepreneurship courses with women’s communities and collectives all over Brazil.

Valuing the women
who make the coffee
Coffee is one of the most important products in Brazil’s history, and at almost every step of it there is a woman working whom nobody sees. Café Coado na Calcinha was born in Curitiba to turn that game around and put women at the center of the story, with a name and a face.
Part of every sale goes to Coletivo Igualdade Menstrual, which brings pads and menstrual cups to those who go without. There is a film about these women, and it explains this coffee’s name better than any words could.

Grown by Eloir in Tomazina, in Paraná’s Norte Pioneiro. Caramel and brown-sugar sweetness with cacao nibs, citric acidity and a creamy body. A long, pleasant finish.

The elegant one of the house. Caramel sweetness with the scent of ripe figs, made to be sipped slowly.

The intense one. Red fruit up front, cacao underneath, from the trees Ana Maria tends in the Chapada.

The youngest. Chocolate in the sip, fruit at the finish. An everyday coffee with soul.

Nina saw
the whole cycle
Nina Ribas dreamed up Café Coado na Calcinha and tied the whole cycle together: on one side, specialty coffee made by women; on the other, menstrual dignity through Coletivo Igualdade Menstrual. The film Ciclos stitches the two sides together.
The name provokes on purpose. It is about speaking of the body without lowering your voice, from the coffee field to the cup. And the cycle never stops: as a cultural agent and entrepreneur, Nina teaches positive-impact entrepreneurship for women in public schools, the Women’s Penitentiary, Indigenous communities and women’s collectives across Brazil.

Chapter 05 · The brand
We want to leave our mark on the world.
The project began as a pilot and has already proved itself: it became income in the fields, care where it was missing, and it put women at the center of the coffee story.
Now it is time to grow. A whole brand is created and ready on paper: the product line, new labels, new points of sale. For all of it to hit the streets, the project is looking for sponsorship from companies and business leaders who believe in the cause. That support is what unlocks revenue and helps every cup reach many more women. Talk to us and join the cycle.

Eloir is this season’s coffee, available now. Elvira (fig and caramel), Áurea (red fruit, nuts and cacao, from producer Ana Maria da Silva) and Aurinha (chocolate, light and fruity, from producer Maria Gabriela Baracat) arrive with the next harvests. All in 250g.

More than 10 thousand women reached by Coletivo Igualdade Menstrual’s work. Since 2020, around 2.5 thousand women deprived of liberty have been served in Paraná’s prison system, with more than 2 thousand menstrual cups donated, along with thousands of pads and menstrual-education gatherings.
